The Three Bands pattern has a slight dip in the design as they move around the saucer. This pattern was made in the 1950s. I remember my Grandmother having some of these in her china cabinet. Up for your consideration is a stunning amber cream and sugar set called Recollection "Madrid" first made by Federal Glass in 1976 to celebrate the Bi-Centennial Year. These have the inscription of 76 that was embossed into the pattern by Federal Glass. Lancaster Colony, the parent company to Indiana Glass, purchased Federal Glass in the early 1980's. This color is called Amber Gold. Nice set for the Recollection collector or whom ever collects Bi-Centennial items. This pattern makes a lovely table setting with its lush deep honey gold color.

The adorable item up for your consideration consists of a Chinex or Cremax 8oz Coffee Cup in the pattern called  Petalware. This lovely piece is topped off with a Magnificent ring of 22k gold around the rim. The color is a light beige with opalescent highlights. What a beautiful pattern to collect. Mac Beth-Evans Glass Company made this pattern between 1930 and 1940. They were located in Charleroi, Pennsylvania and started production in 1899. The company made very fine glassware with beautiful designs. Most pieces were thinner than most glassware that was made during that time period with gorgeous opalescents to the glass. MacBeth-Evans made hand blown glass before 1929.

It is made of crystal clear glass and measures approx. 7¼" from handle to handle x 3½" across. The Indiana mould number is 8 and this pattern was a EAPG pattern introduced in the early 1900s in clear glass, then reissued again in the 1940s in clear glass and also again in the 1960s-1970s in blue, green, gold-tone carnival, and ruby flash. This delicate pattern will always add delight to anyones dinner table.
